We had the absolute pleasure of our mother staying at Heritage House. It is a smaller facility that allows for more personal interaction with their guests. They’re very interactive with their residences and our mother was so welcomed. Our family wants to thank everyone at Heritage House for all their kindness and caring.

It is with great gratitude and thankfulness that I commend the entire staff of Heritage House in Morton. During my father’s 2 1/2 year stay they treated him like a true member of the family, enhancing his final years. They established personal bonds with him so he truly felt like it was a second home and routinely told me how much he enjoyed living there.
The entire staff is outstanding, from those preparing meals in the kitchen, to the maintenance team always working to keep things running smoothly. Tammi, Randi, and Terrie are a great team setting a caring example to others as well as going the extra mile to celebrate special occasions throughout the year, very often engaging families. Others in the staff who established a meaningful connection with my father and really made his time more enjoyable were Lynn, Amanda and Dylan. During his final days Konnie showed extreme care not only to my father by making him comfortable but also to my siblings and myself during those long nights by his side. We cannot thank you enough for the caring and protective environment you provided.

As someone who has been apart of creekside for quite some time, I gladly can say this feels like a second home to me. Being around all the residents and providing care isn’t a job to me, it feels like a huge family! Creekside always puts the residents first and continues to push us employees to be better for the residents everyday in every way! Management, care staff, chefs, activities coordinators, everyone works so hard to make this a great home! It’s truly been a pleasure to be apart of this community! Creekside Place has become home for my in-laws! I would highly recommend this place for anyone with dementia! The staff is so caring! My mother-in-law loves to tease the nurses, and they always play along! They have delicious, nutritious meals! They take care of hygiene, and medication needs for my in-laws. The outings my in-laws have been taken on are so special to them! They’ve had opportunities to go dancing, out to movies, and to restaurants! This place, and these people have been a blessing to our family! So grateful!
The facility is in good repair, clean, and the rooms are practical residences for those requiring care. The staff’s tenure, on average, is measured in years, so care is consistent and the staff reliable–more than reliable, genuinely caring. I’ve been very grateful for the staff’s compassion for my mom and their attention to her needs. For anybody unfortunate enough to have a parent or other in need of memory care, this is definitely someplace to consider, and probably, select.
Wonderful staff who are so vested in the community, great meal plans, fantastic courtyard and activities designed to support memory care. My Aunt loves this place and has adjusted well. Each client has their own bedroom and share living space with another client specifically matched.
