Heritage House Buckley Assisted Living & Memory Care

The new “Home @ Heritage House” Memory Care facility is nothing short of fabulous. Our family cannot say enough about the quality and care that our loved one received. His stay was short due to his advanced health situation, but this staff not only cared for him, but also for his family. Their care and respect is such a shining example of what an assisted living or memory care facility should encourage. Special kudo’s to Peggy, administrator and to the owners who also encourage this level of caring. We waited for this facility to open and it exceeded our expectations.

Heritage House was close to where I work. I work up in Buckley and I wanted to be able to see my Mom everyday. We’re quite impressed with the whole staff. They really pay attention to the residents.The people are very nice. They care about my mother like I care about her and that’s the way my brother and I felt about it. They are so caring, kind and they make sure that Mom has everything she wants or needs. The place always smells good and clean. I have no worries whatsoever because I know she’s been taken care of.

I can only say great praises for this memory care unit they really take care of my ex wife.I am her D P A and they keep me informed of her problems .She is at peace here and my children can lead a normal healthy life with their family’s knowing their mother is well taken care of.Thank you heritage house and your devoted staff for making life so much easier for my family without nthe guilt of having to try and take care of their mother on a daily basis which was tried and became a nightmare for all concerned.

My sister and I prayed and prayed for God to show us the BEST place for our mom….turned out…it was heritage house in buckley wa…..everyone there was fabulous…the love & attention our mom got was incredible….when she’d had a stroke…we didn’t have to move her…they loved & cared for her till the end…..they are like family.

I really liked Heritage House. I liked the setup. It seemed clean, and the rooms were nice. The people working there seemed very nice. My dad went there after the hospital.

I toured Heritage House. It was very nice and probably the best priced from the ones I’ve seen. It has an assisted living section and a memory care section. They had quite a long waiting list, so it must be a good one. The rooms were all typical and weren’t many differences in them. They didn’t have a two-bedroom, just studios and one-bedrooms. The staff member was a very nice lady who showed me everything I wanted to see. I hadn’t made a reservation or anything; she just took me around and gave me all the details, which was very nice.

Wonderful setting and great staff. Always involved in community. Please come in and see for yourself as there doors are always open.

Awesome place to bring your loved one! The staff is very caring, and treats the residents like family. The administration is always there to help you with any questions you may have. Definitely a 5 star place.

Heritage House is a great place to visit and even a better place to live. They provide a family oriented atmosphere and you know and feel that immediately from the moment you enter the front door. Great activities and friendly staff. No wonder you are voted best on the plateau.

This is the ideal place to live if you are retiring.

After a long and exhaustive search in the local communities, we placed my dad here (the memory care building) in May. […] I’ve been there many, many times in the last six months, and have been greeted warmly and welcomed by the staff, and seen plenty of evidence that my dad is treated with kindness, preserving his integrity.  He is fed healthy food that smells delicious, his basic needs are almost always met, and the staff even goes out of their way to see if they can get him to laugh and sing and dance.  Not perfect, but very close.  My family and I are happy with our choice.

I have never met a more caring group of people.  They treated my mother with utmost love, and respect. Everyday, they walked that extra mile… I will always be grateful, for them making my Mom’s last days as comfortable and  cared for as possible… thank you so much, Barbara
