We raised our caterpillars until they turned into beautiful butterflies, then we released them.

We recently made gratitude journals. Described by Wikipedia as a diary of things in which one is grateful. Gratitude journals are used by individuals who wish to focus their attention on the positive things in their lives. We had a wonderful time making these journals.
